JL & Co Paper Designs strives to make every order a delightful experience. Each piece is crafted entirely by hands with attention to detail and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it gets to you safely.

Order Details:

  1. Processing: Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 5-10 business days. Any paper not in studio will be specially ordered, which may affect processing time.

  2. Shipping Carrier/Fee: FedEx Ground Shipping will apply to all orders and be calculated based off the specific dimensions and weight of each item purchased.

  3. Gift Wrapping: Available for all single-item orders, your artwork will be specially wrapped in blush pink tissue paper enclosed with a handwritten note.

  4. Returns & Exchanges: We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out using the Contact Me button below or by emailing me at jlandcopapers@gmail.com for a quick and easy resolution.

  5. Care Instructions: To keep your paper artwork looking its best, avoid direct sunlight and damp areas. A little love goes a long way!
